• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.
• In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.
• Pick-up and drop-off facilities are available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.
• The voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav must be furnished along with a Government-approved valid photo ID proof at check-in. For foreign nationals, a valid Passport and Visa are mandatory. PAN Card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
• In case of delayed arrival of a train or flight, guests will be transferred to Tent City, Dhordo in the next available transfer.
• In case of late arrival, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or activities.
• Early arrivals may be required to wait in the waiting lounge until tent availability.
• Adventure activities such as Paramotoring and ATV rides are conducted by specialized operators. Guests undertake these activities at their own risk and may be required to sign indemnity forms.
• Services provided by third-party operators (Travel Agents, Rejuvenation Centre, Travel Desk, Adventure Sports, HAAT Area, etc.) are at the sole discretion and risk of the guest.
• Guests should report at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to Tent City property.
• AC temperature in vehicles will be maintained according to the comfort of the majority of guests.
• Date change charges: 15% of the total booking amount.
• Primary Guest Name change charges: 5% of the total booking amount.
• Room category downgrade charges: 5% of the total booking amount.

• Date changes are allowed only once and at least 72 hours before check-in.
• Personal expenses not included in the package shall be borne by the guest.
• Management is not responsible for loss of personal belongings.
• Transfer vehicles are not for the exclusive use of individual guests.
• Itinerary is indicative and subject to change.
• Late or early transfers during check-out are chargeable.
• White Rann is a natural formation and management is not responsible for natural changes.
• All tents are strictly non-smoking.
• Guests must follow house rules and applicable laws.
• Management reserves the right to cancel reservations due to government events, visits, or natural calamities.
• Maximum liability for baggage loss due to fire, short circuit, or mishaps is INR 50,000 per tent.
• Minor baggage wear and tear is not covered.
• Pets are not allowed.
• In case of government-mandated closure, 100% accommodation refund will be provided.
• Guests showing COVID symptoms may be isolated and guided for medical assistance.
• Any dispute is subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
